Delivery
What are the delivery costs?
Our delivery rates are dynamically calculated with Canada Post. These rates may therefore fluctuate depending on the time of year and are beyond our control.
What are the delivery times?
We use Expedited Parcel service to ensure the fastest delivery times. Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of your purchase. We will send you your delivery tracking number once your order is processed. Once your package leaves our warehouse, allow between 2 and 5 business days for delivery anywhere in Quebec.
**Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, etc. Unfortunately, these times are beyond our control.**
Is it possible to get a refund for the delivery costs?
All shipping costs, both shipping and return, are unfortunately non-refundable.
The product appears to have broken during shipping. What should I do?
If this is the case, please write to us and let us know by sending us photos as soon as you receive the package. We will replace the product free of charge and as quickly as possible.
Refund
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them and receive a refund within 10 days of receiving the package. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The product must be new, in its original condition and packaging. No unpacked, used, or burned products will be accepted. It is also your responsibility to properly package the product for return, to prevent it from breaking during transport. Sale items are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the email, we will send you the return information and procedure. We will process your request within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the package.

BAUMIER employees and subcontractors have access to the personal information you provide through this site in order to provide you with the requested products and services. Online sale
When you shop online, BAUMIER does not have access to your financial data, and the baumier.co website does not store any financial or credit card information. All payment information is securely stored between you and Stripe. By using this site, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Account
You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and username.
Accounts created on the site remain the property of BAUMIER and may be canceled at any time.
You must ensure that JavaScript technology is enabled in your browser to access all the features offered by BAUMIER.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
